Completely my wife Filo and I can understand why the Ministry of Tourism and Classic Consultants rated your catering facility one of Vancouver's Top Ten Convention centres and one of the Top 15 in British Columbia. July 24th, 2010 we celebrated our second wedding reception at your facility for our youngest of two daughters. Without question it was the best wedding reception we had ever attended, at any banquet hall, throughout the lower mainland. A close second was September 6th, 2008 celebration, of our first daughter’s wedding also at your facility. Your attention to detail, the professionalism of your servers, your assistant Naz, the food and the ambiance of the whole environment was first class. I have not heard as many compliments of the whole event since our last wedding celebration in 2008. Many stated to us that this was, by far, the best wedding they had the honour of attending. My wife and I cannot thank you and your total staff enough for allowing us the opportunity to have many years of memories when we look back at this wonderful occasion. The memories of a celebration that no one, and I suggest no one, could say anything negative in respect to, are priceless. We have enjoyed working with you, on both occasions, and we would not hesitate to recommend The Italian Cultural Centre to anyone looking for a venue to hold his or her own wedding reception. the Trevisani would like to send a note to you and the staff at the centre for the fantastic job you all did for our banquet on Saturday November 7, 2009. We, again, have received nothing but good, positive feedback from people who were there. The compliments we have received about the food continue with everyone we talk to. They were especially surprised with the choice of pasta and the sauce. It was wonderful, because first, it was different from our normal choice and second the taste. Please let the chef know this. Thank you so much for suggesting we go with this pasta and sauce rather than the other. The service, was done in just over 2 hours. Serving that many people is not an easy task, but you accomplished it again. We did, along with the good, have a "critiques". There were quite a few people who told us, that the chicken was very moist and tender, the stuffing was delicious. There was just too much of it. This unfortunately caused quite a few not to eat the meatballs. What I've been telling everyone who has expressed this is, if this is a complaint, then it's a good one. Overall, people were very, very impressed with everything. Again, thank you to you and the staff for a job well done”.
