CATERING BOOKING POLICIES 2025
Piazza Grande
The following guidelines are used for Clients reserving the Piazza Grande from Monday to Sunday.
Policies and Prices may change without notice - policies are confirmed once a contract is signed.

BOOKINGS
In general, bookings are based on a first come, first served basis. However, as a matter of courtesy, returning Clients are given an opportunity to book the same day as in the previous year.
CATERING
The Piazza allows outside caterers to cater at our facility. Please see the list below of approved outside catering companies. Any catering company outside of this list will need to be approved by the Catering Director.

The Piazza Grande has a list of preferred suppliers for all events. Any suppliers not on this list must receive approval from the Catering Director before being used

KITCHEN
All kitchen equipment must be rented in, and a satellite kitchen must be setup onsite for food service, as directed by the Catering Director. Basic power-15amp outlets, water and gas are available to use to the catering companies.
AV
Audio Visual, screens, and projectors will need to be brought in by an outside company. Our preferred AV vendor is Canadian DJ canadiandj@icloud.com
RENTAL FEES, TIMING and WHAT’S INCLUDED
Rental rates are as follows:
Saturdays, Sunday’s and Long Weekend: $6500.00
rental is from 5:00pm – 12:00am or 9am-5pm
Monday- Friday: Rental Fee: $5500.00
rental is from 5:00pm – 12:00am or 9am-5pm
Ceremony Fee: $1500
(includes setting up banquet chairs and signing table with white tablecloth)
Rental fees do not include 5% GST (charged to all items)

72” Round tables (seat 8-10 guests) for up to 330 guests

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit as we do not tentatively book the Ballroom.
Once a date has been agreed upon a deposit in the amount of the rental rate is required to hold and secure your event date for you. Deposits must be secured by Credit Card, which we will keep on file for any processing needed after the event. All deposits are non-refundable on cancellation of booking. Deposits cannot be moved to an alternate date.
We require 100% of the total bill to be paid three days in advance of the function.
DINNER SEATING CAPACITY
The maximum capacity for the piazza grande is 350 guests’ dinner guests.
BAR SERVICE
Bar Service is exclusive to Lavish Liquid Catering. Lavish Liquid will provide bar consulting management and execution services for Piazza. You may contact them at chris@lavishliquid.com or elisa@lavishliquid.com .
WEDDING SET UP
Should you wish to set up and decorate the Piazza you may do so starting at 8am on the day of the event. If you would like to begin setting up a day prior, we may be able to accommodate this. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm until 10 days prior to your event. Nothing can be left overnight, all items but be taken down following the event. If anything is left overnight, it is at the sole responsibility of the event planner and client.
ICC cannot be liable for items left onsite following the event. Any cleaning that may be left to do by ICC following the event, will incur a $500.00 cleaning fee.
DEPARTURE CHARGES
All guests must depart at the agreed time as stated in the contract. The bar and music must stop at the agreed time or a surcharge of $250.00 will apply for the first 15 minutes and an additional charge of $250.00 per quarter hour or portion thereof will apply.
