Join us for our Lunedi Cucina con Noi featuring Gnocchi Making!
In this class, we will learn how to make and roll out fresh potato gnocchi from scratch, using just potatoes, flour, and eggs. Specifically, we’ll make:
Delicious potato gnocchi
Enjoy them with a rich meat sauce (Bolognese) and a classic butter and sage sauce
Get ready to make gnocchi with Mamma Marzia! Bring an apron, a container, a sprinkle of love, and plenty of elbow grease.
