Our Cucina con Noi series continues with a unique, hands-on experience celebrating the rich traditions of Italian Sausages and Capocollo!
Join us at the Italian Cultural Centre for a two-day masterclass where you’ll discover the art of crafting authentic Italian capocollo and homemade sausages, learning traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Take home what you make! You’ll bring home the Italian sausages you craft during the workshop, along with a whole capocollo that will be ready for pickup after a few months of curing.
