About the event
Porta Aperta is a series of in-person conversations created by Il Centro Italian Cultural Centre and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Vancouver and ITASA UBC, designed to support newcomers navigating life in Canada.
These meetings take place on selected Mondays at 6:00 PM at Osteria Al Centro and feature professionals who share practical knowledge on key topics relevant to newly arrived immigrants.
This second session, held on March 30, focuses on understanding the Canada’s immigration pathways for temporary residents (workers and students) who wish to build a long-term future in the country.
