In this class, we will learn how to make and shape rustic bread and focaccia from scratch, using simple, high-quality ingredients. Get ready to knead, shape, and bake bread and focaccia that are as hearty as it is delicious.
Get ready to make pasta with Mamma Marzia. Bring an apron, a bowl for kneading bread, a container, a sprinkle of love and some elbow grease.
