*No refunds or credits are given after 2 classes. Credit Memo is valid for 1 year.

*Students must inform the School Office or the Instructor at least 24 hours before a scheduled class

*A $20 administration fee will be applied to all credits and a $40.00 fee to all refunds.

*The membership fee is not refundable.
